• A $50 refundable damage deposit & signed rental agreement are require to book a date.

​

• ​Please keep in mind that we require a flat, dry and clean surface for set up. We will not assemble play areas on rocks, dirt, sand or gravel. (Ideal places for set ups: grass, concrete, leveled driveways, garages, parks, living rooms, venues, ETC.) 

​

• We will not attend a party that has a face painter. 

​

• There is no travel fee for Albuquerque or Rio Rancho. We are willing to travel to some of the near by cities and towns for a travel fee of $1 per mile.

​

• We do not provide generators for bounce houses. Customer is responsible for providing electricity.

​

• SOFT PLAY RULES:

1.  Shoes off, socks on!

2. No food, drinks, glitter, confetti, silly string, face paint, water, or sharp objects

3. Soft play are for ages 0-4 only

4. XL Ball Pits are for ages 10 and under

5. XL Ball Pits have a weight limit of 150 pounds

6. No animals allowed in play areas

7. Keep all soft play equipment inside play area

8. Always have adult supervision​

9. All balls must be inside of the ball pit at pick up times
